How do I secure a booking?
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and lock in your pricing. Your booking is only confirmed once this is received.
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. Instalment payments are welcome anytime before this date.
No setup or service will occur without cleared payment.
Is there a security bond?
Elevated grazing tables and mimosa bars require a refundable security bond between $100 and $300 depending on the size and setup requirements.
The bond is refunded within 48 hours after collection, provided all hire items are returned in good condition.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
It depends on availability.
Some bookings can be accommodated at short notice if space is available, including same-day grazing boxes or smaller setups.
However, larger events such as weddings or elevated grazing tables may be booked out months in advance. Availability is strictly subject to the calendar, and dates are not held without a retainer.
Do you supply tables?
Yes for elevated grazing tables and mimosa bars upon request. For other setups, a suitable table must be provided by the client.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, with advance notice. We can accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, and pork-free options where required.
We do not offer halal-certified catering and do not provide religiously certified meal preparation.
While care is taken to accommodate dietary needs, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens and cross-contact may occur.
Special dietary requirements may incur additional charges depending on complexity.
Do I need to clean up?
No. Full pack down is included. However, all hired items (plates, glassware, serving pieces) must be returned to the grazing table area prior to pack down.
Missing items may be charged.
How long can food be left out?
Grazing tables are suitable for up to 4 hours under standard conditions, or 2 hours in warm weather or outdoor settings.
Can guests take leftovers?
Food is only safe during the service window. Once pack down begins, food cannot be collected or packaged.
What happens if I cancel?
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge, and within 48 hours incur full payment.
Do you stay on site for the event?
No. We do not stay on site for the duration of the event.
We arrive approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event depending on setup size, to ensure everything is fresh and styled correctly. We then return later for pack down if your package includes a pack down service.
